Childhood development
Development Happy children
Childhood development comes in multiple forms: Physical, cognitive, social and emotional to name just a few. Our nannies can help your children by supporting and encouraging different parts of their childhood development.
Cognitive development
In infants, cognitive development can begin with recognising voice, faces and learning language. In older children, it can be about reasoning and critical thinking. No matter the age of your children, our nannies can help encourage their cognitive development and abilities in fun and engaging ways.
Physical development
From learning how to hold items to football practice, our nannies can help support the physical development of your children through games and sensory exercises. The idea is that your children will not think that they are learning but instead – just having fun!
Social development
As technology advances, face-to-face interactions are becoming less common. We recognise that developing a child’s social skills at a young age is critical to their overall well-being and sense of security. Whether your children are interacting with other children or with your nanny, we want to help guide them in building and maintaining friendships and bonds.
Emotional development
Emotional wellbeing is something that we all strive for. Children often struggle with managing emotions and communicating their feelings. We want children to feel safe and supported through their time with us and we strive to create a safe and comfortable environment with their nanny – Our main goal is help guide children through their challenging emotions and leave them with a smile on their face.
